Rain, rain and more rain - that's been this day. Water has been running everywhere. This is just the beginning of the rainy season here and I would say it is getting off to a great start. Even the ocean is no longer blue because the dirty river water from the Osama River runs into it right here where we are.
Below us lives Raisa and her two children and her maid. We have become friends. Her mother was here again today and asked Scott if she could come up and watch the video on Heavenly Father's plan. It was neat to have her here because she is such a sweet woman. She decided she wanted the video to take home and show her friends so that was great.
We braved the rain and went to the Casa to the Distribution Center there to get another keyboard. We decided if we kept one in the car we could take it with us out to some of these wards that have no "live" music in their wards. Ran into President Anderson coming back to his office. He is always so positive that it is helpful when we get frustrated that things move so slowly here.
Pres. Fernandez invited us to his Stake training at the Independensia Stake at 7:45 tonight. It is a bit unnerving to go out because you never know if you will be caught in the middle of the campaigning in the streets. I still wonder how they rounded up so many big trucks for that humongous horn honking, siren blaring parade last night.

Scott's favorite place to nap!
The ocean begins at the base of the trees you can see. It is kind of a gray-brown for a couple of miles out because of the dirty river water running into it.
